On Wednesday in bihar a guy leads to death when he refuse to pay 10 rupees to by tobacco,a group of 4 people killed that guy when he refused to give 10 rupees..police said.
A 20 year old guy deepak kumar yadav was stabbed to death on tuesday in katihar town, district headquarters of katihar, after the refusal of the asked money by the four people.
