How to create a water car whole procedure about the car....

Introduction:-
Well firstly let us restate that we don’t mean water power like water wheels but in actual we mean separating hydrogen from water and burning the hydrogen. In recent sciences it has been found that it is quite difficult to control the hydrogen according to the use. In this project our motto is to use hydrogen as the engine power by fully controlling the hydrogen. And if we become successful in controlling the hydrogen then it will be the cheapest fuel in the planet.

Arvind Kejriwal falls sick

New Delhi: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Monday fall sick and expresed his unhappiness over not being able to attend the office and announce the big decision of providing free water to the Delhiites.

The newly elected CM, who is considered to be active on social media today tweeted: "It was so imp to attend office today. We had planned the water announcement. God, bahut galat time par bimaar kiya."

The 45-year-old Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader further said that he has 102 degree fever and having loose motions since yesterday and thus won't be able to attend office today.

In a momentous day in Indian politics, Arvind Kejriwal, a 45-year-old Magsaysay Award-winning rights activist and vocal anti-corruption campaigner, became Delhi's seventh, and youngest, chief minister, capping an amazing run that saw him become not just an electoral giant-killer but a major contender in the 2014 general election.

The AAP leader on Saturday had said he would declare his next move on the water issue on Monday.

Kejriwal yesterday appealed for a week to 10 days' time to put a system in place to tackle people's grievances.

Kejriwal said he would accept the applications of people visiting him for redressal of their grievances only after a system is in place.

"I don't want to give you false assurances. I will take the application when we put a system in place to resolve the problems," said the leader of the AAP, which has interests of the common man at the core of its agenda.

Gulab Ali has been staying for the past four months at a relief camp in Sanjhak village of Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh. While most riot victims living in camps have been struggling to meet basic necessities like food and protection from the biting cold, Gulab has been missing his books the most.

On the first week of the new year, when schools reopen after the winter break, the 14-year-old will be going back to school again, becoming the only child from across relief camps housing the Muzaffarnagar riot victims to be headed to school. Arvind Kejriwal is a social activist and an Indian politician. Born in Haryana, Kejriwal is a graduate of the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, where he studied Mechanical Engineering. Arvind Kejriwal was born in Hissar district of Haryana on 16th June, 1968. He has done Mechanical engineering in 1989 from IIT Kharagpur. Then he joined Tata Steel & worked till 1992. In 1992 only he passed the civil services examination & was selected for the Indian Revenue Services (IRS). He joined as Joint Commissioner at Income Tax Office, New Delhi. In 2000, he took leave from his job & started a NGO called Parivartran. Then in 2006 he formally left his Joint Commissioner Job & started working for the people of India by actively participating in active social issues.

Parivartan helped lakhs of people to come over the social problems. It has done a lot of work in field of education & public distribution system. It is still active & is working to give maximum benefits of RTI to each & every Indian.

Arvind always wanted to meet Mother Teresa as he had read a lot of books on her and was a big fan of her philosophies & her sayings. He was lucky enough to meet Mother Teresa & was impressed by her views & the ways she selflessly helps people. During that period, he actively participated in serving people at Kaali Ghat of West Bengal & then lead the way which Mother Teresa showed to him. Mother Teresa herself liked this guy & hoped that his thoughts can bring a change.
Arvind Kejriwal has also worked a lot for Central Right to Information Act. He was awarded Ramon Magsaysay Award for his Leadership Qualities in 2006. The money which he got was invested by him in his NGO to be further used in various political issues.

Arvind kejriwal came into the lime light & was in all Indian media because of his movement for implementation of Lok Pal Bill. He was an active member of Draft Committee. Being a strong follower of, Shri Anna Hazare Ji, he along with other people protested against government through fasts, sabhaas etc. to bring Lok Pal Bill.

Presently Arvind Kejriwal is considered as the Voice of Youngsters i.e. Youth Icon of India which has made youngsters to come out and vote for him. He is considered as the Youth Icon of India. Presently, he is living in Delhi with his wife & 2 children. Recently, he has with other people has formed his political party, formerly known as the Aam Aaadmi Party (AAP). After this step, he has faced a lot of criticism from many peoples including Shri Anna Hazare Ji. The Aam Aadmi Party is confident of a majority in the up coming Assembly elections, to the extent that the party chief, Arvind Kejriwal, has refused to lend support to either Congress or BJP if there is a hung parliament and he got what he dreamed of. Winning 28 seats in Rajya Sabha elections within 1 year is not a joke. In case there is a re-election then BJP & Congress believe that AAP may get more seats this time making leading to AAP Government in Delhi.

Well, he truly realizes his responsibility & still has a long way to go. I wish him all the best of luck & pray that with his jhadoo, he may clean the Delhi's increasing crime.

Ramlila Maidan create history again in delhi???

The sprawling Ramlila Maidan, where Arvind Kejriwal on Saturday took oath as Delhi's chief minister, has seen numerous political rallies including those addressed by Mahatma Gandhi.

From the 1930s when the ground came into being at the edge of the Mughal-built Walled City, it has seen historical figures address huge rallies.

During India's independence struggle, Gandhi, Jawaharlal Nehru, Vallabhbhai Patel and others used Ramlila Maidan for political meetings.

The ground was the venue for Jayaprakash Narayan when he addressed a 100,000-strong rally in June 1975 just before then prime minister Indira Gandhi imposed Emergency rule.

How Management system plays a important role in Politics...

Even though ‘Human Resources’ is a relatively modern management term coined in the 1960s, the importance of Human Resource Management can be traced back to Vedic ages! Yes, in The Bhagavad Gita, Lord Krishna not only makes Arjuna spiritually enlightened, but also teaches him the art of self management, anger management, stress management, conflict management, transformational leadership, motivation, goal setting and many other aspects which are now essential parts of any HRM curriculum.
In fact, many B-Schools today consider The Bhagavad Gita a guide to developmental strategies that are so essential in modern management. However, unlike the western approach to HRM, which entirely focuses on external world of matter and energy, The Bhagavad Gitaexplores the inner self.

After five years Amitabh Bachchan and Raj Thackeray share a same stage...

For the first time in almost five years, the Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) appears to have softened its stand towards mega-star Amitabh Bachchan.

The MNS invited Bachchan at a party function here Monday evening in which Raj Thackeray will also be present on the dais, a top official said.

"Bachchan has kindly consented to grace the seventh anniversary function of the MNS Chitrapat Sena along with our party president Raj Thackeray," said MNS vice president Vageesh Saraswat.

Relations between Bachchan and Thackeray went for a toss after Bachchan agreed to become brand ambassador for Uttar Pradesh over five years ago.

CM Akhilesh Yadav

Taking exception to a controversial remark by senior UP bureaucrat A K Gupta that no child in Muzaffarnagar riot relief camps died of cold, Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav on Friday asked officials to keep a check on their use of words and ensure nobody's feelings get hurt.

"Use of words by officials or partymen, whether it is about the government's drawbacks or the party's achievements, should be such that nobody's feelings get hurt," he told reporters here.

He was replying to a question on the remark of Principal Secretary (Home) Gupta that no one dies due to cold otherwise people would not have survived in Siberia, one of the world's coldest regions.

Yadav said, "Sometimes, during question-answer sessions, there could be a change in language used....I think officials should keep a control over what they speak."

Muzaffarnagar riots:Rahul Gandhi views..

The Election Commission has granted Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi four more days to reply to its notice on his 'hate speech' on the Muzaffarnagar riots. Gandhi can now respond to the watchdog on November 8.

The Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi had on Monday sought a week's more time to reply to the model code violation notice by the Election Commission for his remark that Pakistani's ISI was in touch with Muzaffarnagar riot victims, citing his prior travel commitments and holidays due to the festive season.

Gandhi, who was asked to reply to the EC notice by 11.30 AM on Monday, said in his communication to Chief Election Commissioner VS Sampath that he wanted more time to respond since there were holidays due to the festive season.

He said he had received the EC notice only at 9.30 PM on October 31 and hardly had time to consult his lawyers on the issue.

The Congress leader also cited prior travel commitments for not responding the notice within the stipulted time.

EC sources said the Commission is considering Gandhi's communication.

The EC had issued a notice to Gandhi for his speeches in which he had said Pakistan's ISI was in touch with Muzaffarnagar riot victims and charged BJP with indulging in politics of hatred.

The Commission, after examining Gandhi's speeches made in Churu, Rajasthan, on October 23 and in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, on October 24 and after taking into account the electoral officer's report, had asked him to explain by Monday why action should not be initiated against him for prima facie violating the Model Code of Conduct.

"The Commission is prima facie of the view that your aforesaid speeches are violative of above-referred sub paras (1), (2) and (3) of Para 1 of the Model Code of Conduct for political parties and candidates," the EC notice served on him had said.

Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh are among five states which go to Assembly polls in November-December this year.

The Commission has said that in case no reply is received within the prescribed time limit, it will be presumed that he has nothing to say and it will proceed to take appropriate action without any further reference.

The model code prescribes that "no party or candidate shall indulge in any activity which may aggravate existing differences or create mutual hatred or cause tension between different castes and communities, religious or linguistic".

It also states that "criticism of other political parties...based on unverified allegations or distortion shall be avoided" and that "there shall be no appeal to caste or communal feelings for securing votes".

BJP had complained to the Commission seeking action against Gandhi for allegedly violating the code of conduct by appealing for votes on communal lines and inciting hatred among different communities.

The opposition party had handed over a memorandum to Chief Election Commissioner, seeking withdrawal of recognition given to Congress as a national party and also demanding action against the party's Vice President for violating the code.

Citing excerpts from Gandhi's speech made in Churu in Rajasthan last week, BJP had said its tone and tenor was to incite communal hatred and tension between Hindus-Sikhs and Hindus-Muslims and make an appeal for votes in favour of Congress on the basis of communal sentiments.

In Indore, Gandhi had, in his speech, claimed that intelligence agencies in Pakistan were approaching some victims of Muzaffarnagar riots to lure them to terrorism.

"BJP felt that unless there is a Hindu versus Muslim situation in Uttar Pradesh, they would not do well. So, they set this fire," Gandhi had alleged, adding it was Congress which had "doused the fire".

Gandhi had claimed the intelligence official told him he was convincing the youngsters to stay away from the influence of Pakistani operatives.

"They (BJP) have set this fire, now who will douse it? Wherever they go, they set this fire thinking they will benefit in the elections. But they don't see that it damages the country," the Congress leader had said.

In a sharp attack on BJP at a series of rallies in Churu and Alwar in Rajasthan, Rahul had alleged its "politics of anger and hate" was fanning communal tensions and damaging the country's secular fabric.

"I was seeing my face in their grief. That is why I am against their (BJP's) politics....What do they do. They will put Muzaffarnagar on fire, Gujarat on fire, UP on fire and Kashmir on fire and then you and we will have to douse that.

This damages the country," he had said.

Table Example
<table border="1">
<tr>
<td>row 1, cell 1</td>
<td>row 1, cell 2</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>row 2, cell 1</td>
<td>row 2, cell 2</td>
</tr>
</table>

The Border Attribute and HTML Tables:-
If you have not specify a border attribute, the table will be displayed without borders. Sometimes it is very useful, but most of the time, we want the borders to show on table.

To display a table with borders, specify the border attribute:

<table border="1">
<tr>
<td>Row 1, cell 1</td>
<td>Row 1, cell 2</td>
</tr>
</table>

HTML Table Headers:-
Header information in a table are defined with the <th> tag.

All the major and known browsers display the text in the <th> element as bold and centered.

<table border="1">

<th>Header 1</th>
<th>Header 2</th>

<td>row 1, cell 2</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>row 2, cell 1</td>
<td>row 2, cell 2</td>
</tr>
</table>

HTML Lists:-
HTMML lists are divided into two categories that is:-
1.ordered
2.unordered

An ordered list is consists of the first list item,second list item and third list item for the whole HTML web pages process.
An ordered list starts with the <ol> tag. Each list item starts with the <li> tag.

The list items are marked with numerics.
Example:-
<ol>
<li>Coffee</li>
<li>Milk</li>
</ol>
How the above code looks on browser after it runs:-
1.Coffee

HTML BLOCKS:-
HTML Block Elements
Most HTML elements are defined as block level elements or as inline elements.

Block level elements normally start (and end) with a new line when displayed in a web browsers.

Examples: <h1>, <p>, <ul>, <table>

HTML Inline Elements:-
Inline elements are normally displayed without starting a new line.

Examples: <b>, <td>, <a>, <img>

The HTML <div> Element
The HTML <div> element is a block level element that can be used as a container for grouping other HTML elements.

 The <div> element has no special meaning. Except that, because it is a block level element, the browser will display a line break before and after it.

When used together with CSS, the <div> element can be used to set style attributes to large blocks of content.

Another common use of the <div> element, is for document layout. It replaces the "old way" of defining layout using tables. Using <table> elements for layout is not the correct use of <table>. The purpose of the <table> element is to display tabular data.

The HTML <span> Element
The HTML <span> element is an inline element that can be used as a container for text.

The <span> element has no special meaning.

When used together with CSS, the <span> element can be used to set style attributes to parts of the text.

Congress is blamed by NCP for junking adrash probe report...

 Even as the coalition government in Maharashtra grapples with the political fallout of its decision to reject the report of the Adarsh Commission of Inquiry, the Nationalist Congress Party is trying to put the blame on the Congress, in particular on Chief Minister Prithviraj Chavan.

In a pointed statement on Thursday, Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar of the NCP said: “The decision to reject the report was taken by the Cabinet. The Chief Minister is the head of the Cabinet.”

(The commission was set up in January 2011 by the government after it was alleged that former Chief Ministers and bureaucrats violated norms while granting permission to the Adarsh housing society in south Mumbai. The report indicted four former Congress Chief Ministers and two NCP Ministers for extending political patronage to the controversial project.)

AAP won't impact Maharashtra politics

NAGPUR: The strong performance by Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) in Delhi assembly election has clearly stumped political parties and pundits. While some did expect it to make an impact, others had written it off even before the race started. But the emergence of AAP as a major political force in Delhi is certainly changing the way other parties now look at it.

Jitendra Ahwad, MLA from Nationalist Congress Party (NCP), said, "In politics, you can never take anyone lightly. I can't say what impact AAP will have in future but political parties will have to be prepared. We (NCP) will also have to work hard and do a lot of ground work for the 2014 elections."

 Devendra Wankhede, AAP coordinator for Nagpur district, said the party is headed for bigger and better things. "This is just a start of a long journey. Our route went from agitation right up to changing the system. AAP is now a force to reckon with and you will certainly see stronger performances in 2014 by our party."

Congress 'corrupt', BJP 'communal' Naveen patnaik

Hinting that the ruling Biju Janata Dal might be a part of the proposed Third Front in the 2014 general elections, Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Thursday 1dubbed the Congress "corrupt" and the Bharatiya Janata Party "communal".

"There is a need for a secular, stable and transparent government at the Centre. Neither the Congress nor the BJP are in a position to provide such a government," Patnaik said while addressing party workers at a function marking the 17th foundation day of the BJD.

"The corruption of the Congress and communal politics of the BJP have weakened our nation. Therefore, a secular, transparent and stable government can fulfill the hopes and aspiration of the people of India," he said.

The BJD president said people want an alternative government at the Centre.

"The BJD as a regional party also sees this possibility," Patnaik said, asking his party activists to work hard and ensure victory of more BJD candidates in the ensuing Lok Sabha elections.

"We can effectively fight for the interest of Odisha if more BJD candidates are elected to the Lok Sabha," he said. The party supremo said though the BJD has won three consecutive assembly elections in the state, there was no room for complacency.

"We must keep working hard to fulfill the aspirations of four crore people of Odisha," he said. Stating that winning elections was not an end in itself but only a means to fulfill the aspirations of the people, Patnaik said "I shall keep working for the people of the state whether there is anyone with me or not."

Accusing the Centre of neglecting Odisha, he said the state had been a victim of political discrimination by the Congress-led United Progressive Alliance government.

"They neglected Odisha even during calamities such as cyclone Phailin. This attitude of the Centre is against the federal system of the country," Patnaik said, adding the people of the state have rejected both the Congress and the BJP in the recently concluded urban elections.

Claiming himself as "sevak" (servant) of the four crore of Odiya people, the chief minister said one should not take people's support as unconditional. "One has to work hard and fulfill the hopes and aspiration of the people, which the BJD has been doing for the past 16 years," he added.

AAP stand up to lok sabha polls..

To strengthen the party(AAP) before the Lok Sabha polls, the Aam Admi Party on Thursday appointed a two-member sub-committee for their opinion to look into its polls preparations and finalise strategy for the govt. in delhi makes his partypowerfull.

"A sub-committee under the party's Political Affairs Committee has been formed to look into AAP's prospects in the Lok Sabha elections. for the party purpose this committee have to be formed under the supervision of the aap party commander arvind kejriwal.

"Senior PAC member Sanjay Singh and AAP's National General Secretary Pankaj Gupta have been appointed to formalise strategy, decide procedure and selection of candidates for the Lok Sabha polls," AAP senior leader Yogendra Yadav told reporters on Thursday.

Modi on court...

 Closure Report:-
Ahmedabad: Narendra Modi Gujarat Chief Minister and BJP's Prime Ministerial candidate Narendra Modi has welcomed the magistrate court order in his favour on the SIT clean chit in a 2002 riots case saying "truth alone triumphs". While remembering Mahatma Gandhi, Modi on Thursday tweeted, "Truth by nature is self-evident. As soon as you remove the cobwebs of ignorance that surround it, it shines clear"- Mahatma Gandhi.

The Ahmedabad court of Metropolitan Magistrate BJ Ganatra on Thursday rejected Zakia's plea against Special Investigation Team (SIT) clean chit to Modi. The court rejected Zakia's petition in its order passed on Thursday and upheld the clean chit given to Modi by a SIT in the killings that took place at Gulbarg Housing Society in Ahmedabad during the 2002 riots in Gujarat. Pathetic condition of Hindus in a country where Hindus are in majority.......

1. Hindus becoming minority in their own country !

At the time of partition of this country, there were 3 crores Muslims and 35 crores Hindus. Thereafter, population of Muslims has increased to 22 crores i.e. increased by almost 7 times; but population of Hindus has increased only by 2-1/2 times and has become 100 crores. (Owing to lack of Common Civil Laws, population of Hindus, allowed to have only one wife, is decreasing; but  Muslims have right to have 4 wives at a time; therefore, their population is increasing. Uncontrolled increase in Muslim population every year can lead to Hindus becoming minority in India. It is a part of conspiracy of Muslims for ‘Islamization’ of India and selfish power-hungry politicians are totally supporting such activities of Muslims by granting them protection, government facilities and showering money over them. The indifferent Hindus should, therefore, become alert in time and foil the wicked ploy of ‘Islamization’ of India, with unity

Denmark likely to close doors on Muslims

Copenhagen (Denmark) : One of the main political parties in Denmark has opposed the proposal presented in the Parliament of granting citizenship to Muslims. Proposal to grant citizenship to displaced foreigners is taken up once in two years in the Parliament. It is accused by this political party that in the proposal presented this year, most of the names are of Muslims and it opposed the proposal. It has also advised these people to go back to their countries. Population of Muslims is growing in Denmark and it is a kind of attack, says this party. (To expect Congress Government in India, which offers citizenship to millions of Bangladeshi infiltrators so easily, will learn a lesson from Denmark, would be futile

Hindu woman kidnapped in Peshawar

A 25-year-old Hindu woman was kidnapped by unidentified persons in the northwestern Pakistani city of Peshawar, her relatives said.

Sapna Rani, a teacher, was reportedly abducted on Saturday afternoon while on her way home from the school where she worked.

Police officials said they had launched an investigation but claimed she had eloped. Her brother-in-law, however, insisted she had been kidnapped.

Faqir Chand, the father of the woman, said his daughter was a teacher at Peshawar Science Academy on G T Road. He told the media that she went to work at 7.45 am on Saturday and the family began to worry when she did not return till 4 pm. After failing to trace Sapna, her relatives informed the police.

Bindya Rani, the woman’s mother, told the media: “We don’t have an enmity with anyone.” She asked the Government to do everything to find her daughter.

Telangana, Muzaffarnagar riots kept Home Ministry busy in 2013

Decision to create Telangana, framing of tough anti-rape law and communal violence in Muzaffarnagar kept the Home Ministry busy in 2013 during which Parliament attack convict Afzal Guru was hanged.

There was relative calm in Jammu and Kashmir and the northeast during the year but violence perpetrated by Maoists in central and eastern states continued unabated and in one of most audacious attacks, rebels killed 28 leaders and workers of Congress in Chhattisgarh.

Following huge public outrage after the December 16, 2012 gangrape incident in Delhi, the government within weeks promulgated an ordinance on sexual violence against women under which rape that leads to death of the victim can attract death penalty.

Soon, the Criminal Law (Amendment) Act, 2013 came into force after Parliament passed it. The new legislation provides for life term and even death sentence for rape convicts besides stringent punishment for offences like acid attacks, stalking and voyeurism.

It amends various sections of the Indian Penal Code, the Code of Criminal Procedure, the Indian Evidence Act and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

The new law states that an offender can be sentenced to rigorous imprisonment for a term which shall not be less than 20 years, but which may extend to life, meaning imprisonment for the remainder of the convict's natural life.

After Congress Working Committee's decision, the government gave its nod for creation of a 10-district Telangana and outlined the blueprint for carving out the country's 29th state from Andhra Pradesh.

The decision saw huge protests in Seemandhra region comprising coastal Andhra and Rayalaseema especially for the loss of Hyderabad, which would go to the new state Telangana.

After Union Cabinet approval, the Andhra Pradesh reorganisation Bill was sent to the President, who in turn referred the legislation to Andhra Pradesh Assembly for ratification even though it is not mandatory.

Women have only 11% representation in India's Parliament

Women have a poor 11% representation in India's Lok Sabha and 10.6% in the Rajya Sabha, making India 108th among 188 countries covered in the annual analysis on statistics of women members of parliament (MPs) conducted by the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU).

The global average of women in parliaments as of November 2013 stood at 21.3%, a slight increase over the numbers in the immediately preceding two years (20.3% and 19.5%). The IPU is an international organization of parliaments and works for the establishment of representative democracies.

Countries are ranked by the IPU based on percentage of women in the lower house of parliament. The top three countries in the 2013 analysis were Rwanda, Andorra and Cuba.

India fared poorly even when compared with her immediate neighbours. Here, Nepal, ranked at 24, led the pack, followed by China (55) and Pakistan (66).

With elections around the corner in India, several women groups have come together under the umbrella of 'Time for 33% Coalition' and are seeking passage of the women's reservation bill during the winter session which will start shortly.

The bill proposes to reserve 33% seats for women in the Lok Sabha and the state legislative assemblies. Various similar bills, introduced since 1996, have lapsed.

According to statistics released periodically by the Election Commission, for the 543 Lok Sabha constituencies, the number of elected women increased from 49 in 1999 to 59 in 2009, with 11% representation in the lower house. In 2009, the number of elected women over total seats was maximum in Punjab (30.8%), followed by Madhya Pradesh (20.7%) and Haryana (20.0%). Against this, the number of women voters in India has increased from 44.3% to 45.8%.

"The patriarchal hereditary nature of Indian politics requires intervention at many levels and in many forms. A 33% reservation, which is the minimum mass required, will be one of the most significant changes in helping women attain their right to participate in Indian democracy not just as voters but also as leaders," stated Amitabh Kumar of the Centre for Social Research.

Vibhuti Patel, economist and president of Women Power Connect, said: "Even in highly patriarchal societies like Afghanistan, a reservation mechanism is in place. Appropriate representation of women is possible only through a quota regime, and this in turn will bring more transparency, efficiency and even decency in Parliament's functioning."

Many EU countries like Belgium, France and Germany, and other countries such as Egypt, Iraq, and Nepal legislatively provide for quotas for women candidates. Afghanistan, Bangladesh, China and Pakistan reserve seats for women in parliament. Voluntary quotas adopted by political parties exist in countries such as Australia, Canada, Israel, Netherlands and the UK.

"Although quotas remain contentious in some parts of the world, they remain key to progress on a fundamental component of democracy — gender parity in political representation," said IPU secretary general Anders B Johnsson.

Quotas need to be ambitious and women candidates should be placed in winnable positions on party lists, the IPU said. In the Indian scenario, where the ratio of women candidates winning their contested seats is not yet optimal, this is a suggestion that needs to be followed.

Congress isolated politically, says Chidambaram

Despite the country showing good economic growth in the last ten years, Congress has become politically isolated at the all-India level and party leaders should find ways to overcome this, Union Finance Minister P Chidambaram said on Tuesday.

Congress has been isolated politically in Tamil Nadu also, Chidambaram said. "It is a testing time for the party and the leaders of the party should find out ways to overcome the hurdles," he said at a party workers' meeting.

The country had achieved seven per cent economic growth in the last two years, and earlier it was eight per cent, he said. It also brought several revolutionary schemes and acts such as the National Employment Guarantee Programme, Compulsory Education for all and Law to protect women against violence.

The government's development programmes had led to major development in some areas, good development in other areas, and "not satisfactory" development in some areas, but the country had achieved overall development, he said. Without naming Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi, he said BJP had projected one person as its Prime Ministerial candidate.

The BJP was one face of the RSS, he said. The upcoming general elections will be a fight between Congress and RSS and not BJP, Chidambaram said. "Only with the help of people we can fight forces like RSS. We have to fight the dominant forces..the Hindu dominant forces (even after the Lok Sabha elections)," he said.

Referring to the situation in Tamil Nadu, he said Congress had been isolated politically at Tamil Nadu also. "But Congress cannot compromise on its principles and policies. It is our duty to face the elections..we should find ways to fight the elections in the present scenario." The Finance Minister was of the view that there were not many youngsters in the party state unit.

People from all communities should be given positions, he said, adding that old people should give way to youngsters. Chidamabaram asked Congressmen in the state to abide by the decisions taken by the party high command.

Congress in a dilemma

 Aam Aadmi Party:-

New Delhi: Even before the Aam Aadmi Party could form the government in Delhi with Congress supporting it from outside, divisions within the latter over the strategy have come out in the open. Government formation in Delhi may take some more time, as sources say that the Congress is seriously considering the possibility of not extending support to the Aam Aadmi Party pushing Delhi towards the President's Rule.

The political uncertainty over Delhi deepened as Congress on Tuesday said that the party is divided over the outside support given to the AAP and some of its leaders feel that it would have been better if the party had sat in the Opposition. "The mandate was not for Congress, may be we should sit in the Opposition," party General Secretary Janardhan Dwivedi said.
ALSO SEE Party is split over backing AAP, Rahul is our future leader: Congress

"There is an opinion in the Congress that perhaps the decision to support AAP for government formation is not correct. Perhaps we should have played the role of opposition and raised people's issues," Dwivedi added.

Congress workers had on Monday protested at the party office in Delhi over its decision to give support to the AAP. The protesters raised slogans 'Anna ke sath dhokha, hum nahi denge Kejriwal ko mauka (Anna betrayed, we won't give a chance to Kejriwal) while demanding the immediate withdrawal of Congress support to AAP.
ALSO SEE Delhi: Congress workers protest over support to AAP

AAP on Monday ended the 15-day long speculation over the next government in Delhi by staking claim and announcing Kejriwal as the Chief Minister designate. Kejriwal is likely to take oath on December 26 at Ramlila Maidan, the nerve centre of the Anna Hazare-led anti-corruption agitation in 2011.

The decision came after a 5-day long exercise in which the party returned to the electorate with an unofficial referendum on whether to form a government or not.
ALSO SEE Rahul Gandhi is Congress's PM candidate, says Veerappa Moily

AAP which had won 28 seats in the 70-member Assembly was the second party that met Lieutenant General Najeeb Jung to stake claim after the Bharatiya Janta Party which had won 32 seats refused to form the government due to lack of a majority.

If the Congress takes back its support from AAP than Delhi will be put under President's Rule as BJP, which has won 32 seats in the recent assembly elections, had declined to form the government in state. If this turns into reality, this could bring more trouble for the Congress, which is already facing trust deficit within the public.

AAP MLA deny rift, but question remains on Congress support

Aam Aadmi Party:-

New Delhi: The Aam Aadmi Party has played down reports of a rift over Cabinet berths. AAP MLA Vinod Kumar Binny, who had threatened to revolt against the party after he was denied a Cabinet berth, has now come out officially denying it all.

"They may be having a different role for me. My meeting with Kumar Vishwas was a routine meeting. We are not here to become ministers and CM. We are here to serve the country," Binny said on Wednesday.
ALSO SEE Congress may not support AAP in Delhi: sources

"I have never said I am upset and I am not holding any Press Conference today," Binny added.

Kejriwal, too, denied the rift saying, "When Binny spoke to me he told me he does not want any position and wants to work for the nation. When we went to his place he said there is no issue. There is no problem."
ALSO SEE Delhi: Cong workers protest over support to AAP

Once a Congress leader, Binny joined AAP after participating in the Jan Lokpal movement. Binny is now a part of the 9-member political affairs committee of the Aam Aadmi Party.

On Tuesday, there were reports that Binny threatened to revolt against the party after he was denied a Cabinet berth. Reports also said that he will hold a press conference on Wednesday coming out with his stand. However, the issue seems to have been resolved for now.
ALSO SEE AAP faces internal rebellion

But this doesn't end the trouble for AAP. The Congress is continuing to keep the Aam Aadmi Party on tenterhooks. Sources say that the Congress is rethinking giving support to AAP.

But Kejriwal has said he is not worried. "That is their problem not ours," he said when asked about Congress's rethink. Kejriwal said it is okay if the Congress wants to give issue-based support.

Congress's move may have been prompted after the Aam Aadmi Party maintained that it will probe corruption cases against Congress leaders, including former chief minister Sheila Dikshit.

The protesters raised slogans 'Anna ke sath dhokha, hum nahi denge Kejriwal ko mauka (Anna betrayed, we won't give a chance to Kejriwal) while demanding the immediate withdrawal of Congress support to AAP.

This even as the Congress had earlier offered unconditional support to the AAP in forming Delhi's next government.

Shivsena's power..

Gujarat Maharashtra comparison:-What shivsena said when Narendra Modi compare Gujarat to Maharashtra.. Take a look

BJP prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi at a rally in Mumbai on Sunday compared Maharashtra and Gujarat's progress and termed Gujarat ahead of Maharashtra. His comparison of the two states did not go well even with its ally Shiv Sena.  In an editorial in party mouthpiece Saamana, Shivsena president Uddhav Thackeray was full praise for NaMo's Mumbai rally but at the same time have taunted him. The editorial says

" Narendra Modi addressed massive rally in Mumbai which was organised by BJP. Gujarati and Hindutvadi people in Mumbai were excited  about this rally. In order to make this rally a huge success, lot of advertisements full of creativity  claiming that Modi is going to make ' mahagarjana' were seen everywhere in the financial capital.

Addressing the huge masses Modi said, 'Mumbai is second home to Gujaratis.' There are indeed lot of Gujaratis in Mumbai, they do business and big chunk of what they earn here goes in to development of Saurashtra, Kachchh and Surat.

In his speech Modi also compared the two states- Gujarat and Maharashtra. He said that Gujarat has won gold medal in development whereas Maharashtra is way behind. But at the same time he also said that despite so much lack of development in the state, Maharashtra is still second home for Gujaratis. Gujaratis have earned lots of money. Modi also says that he will bring back black money. He will surely bring it back if he comes to power but he will find no Marathis in that list of black money holders barring exceptions. Marathi manus is ahead in integrity.

We really hope that once modi becomes PM, he will bring back Dawood and he will also solve Maharashtra's border issue with Karnataka.

Arvind Kejriwal's Aam Aadmi Party set to walk the talk, form government in Delhi

New Delhi:  Arvind Kejriwal said this morning that he will announce at about 11 whether his Aam Aadmi Party will form government in Delhi with the Congress' support or not. He is expected to accept Lieutenant Governor Najeeb Jung's invitation after overwhelming approval from the public in a referendum conducted over the last few days.

1.Arvind Kejriwal is widely expected to be Delhi's new Chief Minister though AAP has said the new leader will be chosen by the party's elected legislators. ('Mango man' Arvind Kejriwal, India's newest political star)

2.Top leaders of the party have gathered at Mr Kejriwal's Ghaziabad residence to finalise plans for today. At about noon, they will meet Mr Jung, ending days of uncertainty over whether Delhi will get a new government or face fresh elections. (Legislators will decide on Chief Minister: Kejriwal)

3.Mr Kejriwal said on Sunday that his decision would be announced today after analysing the results of a week-long referendum through SMS, Interactive Voice Response or IVR and email, and also from public meetings conducted over the weekend. "About 80 per cent of them have favoured that party should form the government but the final decision would be taken after a meeting of Political Affairs Committee," he said. 4.The party held 272 public meetings to cover every ward in Delhi. It also reportedly received 3,24,000 SMSes, 2,38,000 phone calls  and 1,35,000 web votes. (AAP gets over 5 lakh responses on government formation)

5.A confident Mr Kejriwal has said if the year-old Aam Aadmi Party or AAP does indeed form the government in Delhi, it will fulfill all its promises, most of which have been criticised as extravagant and unimplementable by seasoned political rivals like the Congress and the BJP. (AAP effect? BJP-controlled civic body unveils slew of sops)

6.AAP made a stunning debut in the Delhi elections, winning 28 of the 70 seats in the new Assembly, second only to the BJP, which said no to government formation. AAP needs the support of eight more MLAs for a majority. The Congress has offered the support of its eight legislators. (Updates)

7.After it was invited by Mr Jung to form government on December 12, AAP launched a massive exercise asking people whether it should say yes to forming government with support from the Congress, which it decimated in the elections. (AAP Ki Sarkar: Arvind Kejriwal's top five promises to Delhi)

8.The Congress had announced last week that it was offering unconditional support to Mr Kejriwal's party. Yesterday, however, it said the support would not be "unconditional." Mr Kejriwal's response, "The people will ensure that; they will see the truth behind the Congress support." (Support to Aam Aadmi Party is not 'unconditional', says Congress)

9.Congress leader in Delhi Kiran Walia said, "We have said it many times that we wanted to enable them and support the government. We could not be more rational, liberal and accountable to the society. We did not want to impose re-elections on the people. I think it is a very sensible role by the Congress party."

10.Siddharth Nath Singh of the BJP, which had 32 seats but opted out of the race paving the way for an AAP government in Delhi, said, "When AAP broke up with Anna, BJP said AAP is the B team of congress. Now the B team has become the A team and congress has become the B team of AAP. It is no transparent referendum, which is taking place. To us, it is a cover up to pushing them to form the government. Congress is unable to fight BJP."

Sonia Gandhi Biography

Sonia Gandhi :- Born:-December 9, 1946 (age 67), Lusiana, Italy

"The Congress is unique. Our uniqueness arises from several basic features of the Congress s history, its character, its ideology and the legacy of its leadership. I am convinced that the time is ripe for a massive renaissance of our political culture so that we build that society which combines compassion with competence, equity with excellence."

Childhood:-
Sonia Gandhi is the President of Indian National Congress and the chair person of the UPA. Born on Dec. 9, 1946, she was elected as Congress President on 28th May 2005 by overwhelming support from across the country.  She was born to Stefano and Paola Maino in contra Màini ("Maini street") in Lusiana, a little village 30 km from Vicenza in the region of Veneto, Italy. She spent her adolescence in Orbassano, a town near Turin, being raised in a traditional Roman Catholic family and attending a Catholic school. Her father, a building contractor, died in 1983. Her mother and two sisters still live around Orbassano.

Study:-
In 1964, she went to study English at the Bell Educational Trust's language school in the city of Cambridge. Sonia met Rajiv Gandhi in Cambridge during 1960s when the former Prime Minister was studying at the famous British University. They were married in 1968. The wedding was a simple nondenominational ceremony in the garden of 1, Safdarjang Road. The new addition to the family became an instant favourite. Sonia and Indira became extremely fond of each other. The couple has two children, Rahul Gandhi (born 1970) and Priyanka Gandhi (born 1972).

“I came to relish the flavours of India's many cuisines, to feel comfortable in Indian clothes, to speak Hindi and acquaint myself with the cultural heritage of my new homeland. The glorious and multi-hued palette of India came to be as dear and precious to me as it was to them (Indira Gandhi and Rajiv Gandhi)”. These words from Sonia Gandhi clearly highlight her passion and love towards India.

Political career:-
Since Rajiv Gandhi's death, Sonia Gandhi led a life of near recluse for six years but for her appearances at a few official functions. But a number of Congress leaders and supporters looking for a charismatic personality to lead the party to electoral success kept sending their appeals to her to come and take over the party. She finally agreed to join politics in 1997 and in 1998, she was elected as the leader of the Congress. Since then, she has been the President of the Indian National Congress Party. She has served as the Chairperson of the ruling United Progressive Alliance in the Lok Sabha since 2004. In September 2010, on being re-elected for the fourth time, she became the longest serving president in the 125-year history of the Congress party.  On the duty of a politician, Sonia Gandhi always believed and says “I believe that while remaining representative of all interests, politics has a particular duty to those in need. As a politician in a country where many still live in poverty, it is my obligation and my responsibility to strive to empower the poor and the vulnerable. At times, this means being willing to fight entrenched social injustice. Indeed, the Indian, so long disempowered by poverty, has a greater claim on the fruits of our growing prosperity. To eradicate poverty, inequality and injustice from our society is an enormous task and it does remain our motivating goal. There are some who argue that faster growth will in the long run solve problems of social inequality and poverty and narrow the gap between rich and the poor. My aim in politics has always been to do whatever I can in my own way to defend the secular, democratic foundations of our country and to address the concerns and aspirations of the many whose voice often remains unheard”.

Sonia Gandhi was named the third most powerful woman in the world by Forbes magazine in the year 2004 and was ranked 6th in 2007. In 2010, Gandhi ranked as the ninth most powerful person on the planet by Forbes Magazine. She was also named among the Time 100 most influential people in the world for the years 2007 and 2008. The British magazine New Statesman listed Sonia Gandhi at number 29th in their annual survey of "The World's 50 Most Influential Figures" in the year 2010.

As Congress President:-
Sonia Gandhi campaigned for the Congress in the 2004 Lok Sabha elections.  Congress managed to get a  tally of 141 seats, largely due to her charismatic presence during the campaign. Travelling the length and breadth of the country in a hurricane election tour, Sonia caught the imagination of the masses, by her emotional speeches.  She was able to achieve an unexpected election success.  She contested Lok Sabha elections from Bellary, Karnataka and Amethi, Uttar Pradesh in 1999. In Bellary she defeated veteran BJP leader, Sushma Swaraj. In 2004 and 2009, she was re-elected to the Lok Sabha from Rae Bareli in Uttar Pradesh. The election results provided her with a unique opportunity to become India's Prime Minister. She sacrificed the post in favour of Dr. Manmohan Singh.

Sonia Gandhi is the Chairperson of the National Advisory Council (NAC). She was re-elected from her constituency Rae Bareilly in May 2006 by a huge margin of over 400,000 votes. She addressed the United Nations on 2 October 2007, Mahatma Gandhi's birth anniversary which is observed as the international day of non-violence after a UN resolution passed on 15 July 2007. Under her leadership, India returned the Congress-led-UPA to a near majority in the 2009 general elections with Manmohan Singh as the Prime Minister. The Congress itself won 206 Lok Sabha seats, which was the highest total by any party since 1991.Sonia Gandhi advocated austerity for all the congress MPs and set an example by travelling in economy class on her 14 September 2009 travel from New Delhi to Mumbai.
