Sensex report..
28 points rise in Sensex, and ending the year (2013) with 9% of gain.After a better start on Tuesday, the 30-share closed higher by 27.67 points, or 0.13 per cent, at 21,170.68 led by stocks of power, refinery and healthcare sectors.
